Rachael and Landon
Newlyweds looking for their first place to call home… One from the south Houston area and the other from out of state. Rachael and Landon are a great couple. They love their dogs and were ready to trade their lease for a home of their own. Since they were flexible on location, we searched high and low from Houston’s inner city to the Katy area and eventually back to Landon’s home turf south of town where he coaches Little League baseball.
It all came together when a friend told them about a house in the community where he was raised. They heard through the grapevine that the seller just might be willing to make it available for sale. We struck while the iron was hot, made an appointment to see it and made the offer. Negotiations proved to be successful and today they are living in their first happy home.
