2014 proved to be a big year for this precious family.  I met them when they were still in high school and kept up with them through college and missionary journeys.  They purchased their first home about 5 years ago and as their family doubled in size, they needed more space.  Lots of love and work went into that first home.  We listed their house and got a contract right away.

Because the market was so hot this spring, Daniel and Courtney started their new home search with new construction high on the list.  We located the place and the builder and contracted to build from scratch.  It was double the effort to have the sell and the buy going at the same time with the hope of them both closing about the same time.  Well, life doesn’t always go as planned and with a few unforeseen hiccups, we managed to push through with a positive outlook.

Now they have room to live and continue to grow with little ones.  You just never know what comes next with toddlers.  Happy days!
