Denise Nelson

Denise Nelson was born and raised in Erie, PA and moved to the Houston area after Travel School and embarked upon a career in the travel industry. She made connections to develop a 25+ yr career in engineering and construction administration. This earned Denise an opportunity to live and work all over the Houston area suburbs and form a passion for the industry which she learned was completely relationship based. Denise became a licensed real estate agent in 2013 and has earned the following designations:

Denise has a love of gardening, cooking/grilling, home staging and decorating which offers her customers that extra bonus. Being a part-time resident on Lake Livingston for over 25 years Denise loves freshwater fishing with her family and friends. Denise believes in taking as many continuing education classes she can to help her clients in realizing their goals and foster building relationships.
