Bob and Shelly have 4 kids, 2 grandkids, and a precious goldendoodle. They love their church, grilling, playing pickleball, traveling and gardening, Both Bob and Shelly grew up in north Houston, Bob in New Caney and Shelly in Aldine.
Shelly retired from the Federal Reserve Bank Houston, TX after 38 years of service. The majority of her career was in cash operations, and she was able to incorporate many changes in currency and coin through the years and communicate that to commercial banks. She also volunteered her time to teach Junior Achievement in Houston area elementary schools.
Bob retired after 32 years in education with experience as a biology teacher, coach, and over 22 years as a principal with Conroe and Humble ISD. He is also a Navy Veteran and a proud Texas A&M University graduate.
